Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused clay kits or tools in their original box, ensuring all components are secured to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
